Random time

While battling the stomach thing...I watched the new show "3LBs" on CBS.....Kind of enjoyed it...all the brain surgery, sarcasm crap. But it got me to thinking.....SOMETHING, someday is going to get me and kill me. No matter how hard i try, no matter how hard i work out, or eat right or don't smoke....time will win. I won't toss out the various disease that went thru my mind last night......good escapist tv.....

The oldies station in town went fucking Christmas today....more than a week before thanksgiving.

I downloaded a Nike Plus workout from Itunes today for the treadmill....its terrific....If you have a NANO....I highly recommend looking into this nike plus thing....

I've been a bit behind getting some new pics of the kids.....Don't want to let too many days go by....

OFF season

Soccer season is over and i wanted to start a slightly different workout routine to include a tad more strength training but.....its the return of the stomach bug (almost identical to the one i refer to in feb post...)...nasty..........and explain to me how i can eat almost nothing for almost 24 hours and put ON a pound???

I'm sure this happens to just about everyone but I'm losing my mind these days when i can't get things done correctly the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do i mean? Recently my Directv DVR went bad....I called direct tv and they agreed to replace it......a week went by nothing.....so i called back and the order had a problem.....so they were going to re ship....another week...squat.....finally they sent the thing OVERNIGHT....but without the proper return paperwork. I have to return the defective DVR to avoid getting a one hundred charge on the account. Three weeks...three calls NO paperwork. Finally they tell me what i have to do to ship it via FED EX....

I get new tires on my car from Toyota (the stock tires were defective and they agreed to replace them...provided i took the hit for the alignment). The new tires sound great...but yes....they fucked the alignment up...........

Got new glasses.....terrible job of quality on the lenses.....they're going back....
