Is February over yet?

For a short month, Feb is a draggin'. Four mile run yesterday with some walk breaks. Still not where i was before the beginning of the year, but i knew there would be some fall off with the shorter days. NOW if the FUCKING weather would cooperate. Everytime i plot out my training the weather is going to shit.

I think i'm going to do a four miler in North Oxford on St Pattys day.

The Ticketmaster gods were smiling...I got my tickets for the POLICE at Fenway Park. Are the seats great? UH no.....But i'll be in the building.....guaranteed for a few hundred bucks more with beer and a shirt (or two).

I haven't done one of THESE in awhile

I havent' posted a random brain dump.....The long holiday weekend is over....

--After our Desktop crashed last week, we bought a new HP 250GB desktop. So far the Vista operating system seems user friendly, but they ask you a security much more than with XP.
It will be nice to load photos with worry about disk space.

--Theres a phenomenon that happens to me. Doesnt this happen to you? Lets say you're buying a Harry Potter book. When you get to the store, someone will be in the Harry Potter section. If i'm shopping for frozen food, someone will be in THAT case. If i'm shopping for clothes, someone will be in the section where my size is. Last night i'm walking to the car with the PC, i open the passenger seat door to place it on the seat and sure enough the guy next to me is right on my tail unlocking HIS drivers side door.

--I'm running consistently but my diet is way out of wack and i need to make it more of a protein based diet than a carb based diet. I'm not eating big meals but just eating shit (so to speak)

--For the love of fuck put Anna Nicole Smith in the ground and put Brittany in solitary for about six months will you please god?

--My new favorite tv show is "Countdown with Keith Olberman". I'm finding my politics leaning a litte more to the left. Not saying i'm a liberal, i'm now more left than right.

--And Yes, The Cadbury creme eggs are out with a new ORANGE flavor. OH you have two full months to get yours, Easter is April 15th.

--The second Police show at Fenway goes on sale tomorrow...think i'll get tickets??

--Alexa has four days left of winter vacation.....wish me luck....

Are you in a rut too?

Its cold, windy and in the 20s everyday.

Workouts are pure maintenance right now......Just hitting the treadmill in the basement....I purchased a number of the NIKE plus workouts for the treadmill and they are quite good and are saving my ass this winter...

Obviously my weight loss has hit a plateau as well....but i'm eating ok....
