I'm back
wow...three weeks..no posts.....sorry blog.
I've finally made some strides with my running.......i really hit a plateau during the hot summer months....then all of a sudden...I can now run five miles.....hopefully the shorter days and cold weather wont derail me.....
Lost ten pounds since my blame pie post....and now i can reveal I weigh 187........started at 220 in April of 05'...now keep the damm halloween candy away from me.....

Humps
I started counting Weight Watchers points to get me over this plateau...seems to be working....
even added some Yoga moves to get some flexibility...my hamstrings are so freakin tight....
AND for the first time in a long while (coincidence with the new stretching??) I did a full 5k
run in about 35 minutes.so i feel pretty good....
