Humps
I started counting Weight Watchers points to get me over this plateau...seems to be working....
even added some Yoga moves to get some flexibility...my hamstrings are so freakin tight....
AND for the first time in a long while (coincidence with the new stretching??) I did a full 5k
run in about 35 minutes.so i feel pretty good....
